*deleted previous..Yahoo acting up again I think, submitted question and after 15 mins. still didn't post*
for the past 3 nights, Sarah has been vomiting up a bit. Just at night, no other time. And she is her normal self otherwise. No fever, no runny nose. She does have a bit of the very soft pale colored poop as well. She is cutting a incisor tooth. But it seems like it is soured milk that she is throwing up. She gets 2 sippy cups a day of milk, has been since she was 11 months old now she is 13 months old, and this all started 3 days ago...She doesn't do this at all during the day, just right before bed......now here are my questions......
could it be from her tooth?
Could she have developed Reflux?
Could she have developed a allergy to milk( but why does the vomiting happen at night?)?
Or do you think its a Bug she might have caught?
Has anyone dealt with something like this before?
I'm leaning more towards her teething, because she was sorta like this with the other incisor tooth. And she is eating less then she usually does.
I am planning on taking her to the DR's if this doesn't clear up soon. But I just want to hear what other Mommies think and if the have dealt with this before..Thanks...No rude answers or Thumbs Down please. Thanks
Teething makes saliva acidic and of course more of it, so for some it causes stomach upset or diarrhea. So I would suspect its just that.
If it is a bug and she's not running a fever and only throwing up a couple of times a day there's no need for medication or medical evaluation -obviously she's coping with it just fine.
Teething and sickness have a tendency to be worse at night, the lying down, sleeping, etc.
Teething can do all kinds of strange things to lil ones. I would tho get it checked out because rather safe than sorry GL
The Internet Pediatrician is off on Wednesdays.
Please consult your own.
It is a BIG mistake to tell people how to and how not to answer a question.
What is she eating before bed time? it could be acid reflex if she has ad a lot of juice during the day. Hopefully you'll get answers at the docs but thats all i could imagine.
If it were a milk allergy her poop would be black. I would blame teething too.
Sorry I don't have any answers to the rest of your questions.
