How can I get my husband to be more proactive about ttc?

I know that I can have babies bc I have one already from a previous relationship but my husband and I have been talking about having a baby for about a year now. The problem is he is 32 and never concieved even with a previous marriage to a girl who now has 4 kids. He talks about having a baby all the time but he has some unhealthy life style issues he refuses to give up. Also, I got a prescription for a semenalisis and I think he threw it in the trash. whats his deal? Why won
